How do I know if I have submitted my order successfully?

Log onto your UCOOK account, click on the drop-down arrow next to your name in the top right-hand corner, go to “Your Box”, and you will be able to see what dishes are in your next box and when it’ll be delivered. There will be an indication (in green or red) telling you how many days you have to edit your dish choices before billing takes place on the next Wednesday.

 

If you would like to adjust your dishes, do so by clicking on the “Edit Dishes” button, choose your favourites from the menu, and click “Save” on the right-hand side of the screen. You will then see a green banner at the top of the page telling you that “Your Box Has Successfully Been Updated” – it’s as easy as that.

 

If you are happy with your automated dish choices, simply sit back, relax, and rest assured that your order is saved and will be making its way to your kitchen on the next scheduled delivery day (the following Sunday or Monday).
