How do I change my address?

You can change your address at any time before billing in your account under the “Delivery” tab. 


If you require a late change of address due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us before 12 pm on the Friday prior to delivery. Our couriers need to plan their routes well in advance in order to get your box to you on time.


We will do our best to accommodate any late address changes, but most of the time this will result in a Tuesday delivery.
