Can I freeze UCOOK ingredients?

If you’re not planning to cook your chicken, red meat, ostrich, or trout within the recommended timeframe, pop them into the freezer to keep them fresher for longer. For fish like hake, angelfish, squid, tuna, or basa, freezing again isn’t ideal as they’ve already been frozen once to ensure they’re sustainably caught and perfectly prepared for your box.


For other items, like bread rolls, look out for a “FREEZE ME” sticker. These are best kept in the freezer until you're ready to cook, so they stay fresh and delicious!
