Can I freeze UCOOK ingredients?

If you receive your chicken, red meat, ostrich or trout and you don’t think it will be eaten within the advised number of days, you can pop them straight into the freezer to keep them fresher for longer. For the most delicious results, it’s preferable to not refreeze your hake, angelfish, squid, tuna or basa. These fish have been frozen once already, in order to give the supplier time to catch them using sustainable methods, in preparation for your order. 


When it comes to other products (like peas, corn, edamame beans, and certain bread rolls), you will see a sticker on the ingredient saying “FREEZE ME”. Please put these items in the freezer until you want to cook your meal in order to ensure the yummiest results!
