Here’s how it works:
Billing Day: Your plan is billed every Wednesday at 9am for the upcoming week’s delivery, which will arrive on Sunday or Monday, depending on your chosen delivery date.
Making Changes: Update your meals, portion sizes, or delivery address anytime before 9am Wednesday to suit your schedule and preferences.
Pausing or Cancelling: Need to pause or cancel your plan? Make changes before 9am Wednesday to avoid being billed for the next week. Pausing will freeze your account but keep it active for when you're ready to come back.
Important: Changes or cancellations made after 9am Wednesday can’t be processed as we’ll have already started preparing your order.
