What should I do if one of my Craft Meals has defrosted?

In the unlikely event of your Craft Meals arriving defrosted, they should be stored in the fridge and consumed within 48 hours.


If some or all of the meals arrive defrosted, please contact customer service on support@ucook.co.za and they will rectify the issue swiftly.
