Why have I been billed for my next Meal Kit without receiving my initial Meal Kit order?

When you select Thursday delivery, your order is still processed on a Wednesday at 9 am. This is necessary to give our teams time to begin sourcing your produce from local suppliers, cut back on our carbon impact by not refrigerating ingredients for extended periods of time, and simplifying ordering processes for our local suppliers.

Because you have selected Thursday delivery, your initial order will be billed on a Wednesday at 9 am and it will be delivered the following Thursday. This means that one day before your initial order arrives, you will be billed for your subsequent order (due to arrive the following Thursday).
